Over the course of two and a half years, seven of the most important names in the perfume world (including Nicolas Cloutier, Silvio Levi, Mark Buxton and Romano Ricci) set out to create a fully personalized system for selecting a perfume best suited to one’s preferences and personality. In June 2012, Nnose finally opened its doors on Rue Bachaumont in the second arrondissement. Gathered under the roof of this tastefully decorated 175-square-meter boutique are bottles of both rare and popular fragrances on the market today, from the likes of Diptyque, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, By Kilian, Juliette Has A Gun, L’Artisan Parfumeur and more, as well as home fragrances and a selection of beauty products. No need to be overwhelmed by the vast choices before you: at the fragrance bar, Nose specialists help you find the perfect scent by running you through a series of questions that comprise their personalized perfume diagnostic. And if you aren’t physically able to make it to the store, you can let the professionals come to you via their website, which uses similar diagnostic tools to send samples of recommended perfumes straight to your doorstep.“
